This is an absolute banger. 

I make this bad boy with sunflower oil, Birds eye chilli, peanuts, sesame, fried onion, garlic, ginger & a lil sprinkle of MSG to get the juices flowing.

3/5 heat, ideal for Rice & noodle dishes, eggs, wings, dumplings, dimmys and pretty much anything else you can think of.

I have tried many many chilli oils in my time and this one really is the best that I’ve tried. Such glorious umami flavours and the crunch of the peanuts?! Next level. I finished my jar in about 10 days and I need more! Just waiting for it to come back in stock :)

Spagettii Aglio e Olio!

Works amazing in Spagetti Aglio e Olio. boil your spaghetti save a little pasta water in the process. meanwhile dash of oil in a warm pan with lots of fresh garlic, saute till soft. add in a couple teaspoons of Jibbas Chilli Oil to warm up. once pasta is al dente drain and flash in the pan with the oil. mix well. hand full of Parmesan cheese and good helping of black pepper. fkinun ball evilable. now follow @acaninthehand on instagram.
