Everything we make that is not a hot sauce. Beef jerky, dry rubs and seasonings, and chilli oil, all built out of the same kitchen and the same chillies as the bottles.
The jerky came about because we already had the flavour base. Smoked jalapeño and black garlic, chipotle BBQ, and the original. The seasonings do the same job as the sauces in dry form, which is useful on chips, popcorn and anything going on a grill where a wet sauce would just burn off.
