Award-winning hot sauce and condiments, proudly based in Busselton, Western Australia.

Jibba’s Hot Sauce began in May 2020 during a partial COVID lockdown. With no grand plan and a strong belief in flavour-first hot sauce, I started experimenting in my kitchen using a dodgy NutriBullet and recycled jars. The first batch — 22 jars of the OG Original — sold to friends and family on Facebook.

That small win turned into a lightbulb moment. I reinvested the $220, made another 122 jars, and sold out in just a few hours. Jibba’s Hot Sauce was born.

Now entering year six, Jibba’s has grown into a rotating lineup of over 20 hot sauces and condiments, earning multiple awards across Australia and Europe, plus past and present collaborations with Big Don’s Smoked Meats, Breakfast Shirts, BurgerFreak, Burgertron, Fish Boss, Killa Jerky Co, Mac Bros Seasonings, MANE Liquor, Rocky Ridge Brewing and Rusty Australia.
