The pineapple makes it!
Perfect amount of heat. Burns but doesn't longer too long.
My husband wanted some new hit sauce, and doesnt like buying the same brands over and over.
Was a little worried when i found out they were being shipped from Western Australia but they made it just in time for his birthday.
Heat great, not picking up the pineapple taste.
Smoked some chicken wings over cherry wood. Then crispied them up direct heat over charcoal till they got those lovely crispy edges.....
Tossed em in a tiny bit of sauce......
Then watched as it took the breath away of everyone who tried em. Lively sweet flavour at the start that slowly transitioned into a lip tingling nose running heat. It lasted about 15-20mins..
Absolutely love the sauce. Great balance of sweet and heat.
