This is an absolute banger.
I make this bad boy with sunflower oil, Birds eye chilli, peanuts, sesame, fried onion, garlic, ginger & a lil sprinkle of MSG to get the juices flowing.
3/5 heat, ideal for Rice & noodle dishes, eggs, wings, dumplings, dimmys and pretty much anything else you can think of.

Holy shit this stuff is good ! Just got 5 more some for me some for friends. I regularly use chilli oil on congee and eggs, tried 100 different brands this is by far my favourite. Love your work.
If I could give it 10 stars I would! Cannot keep this in the pantry for long before it goes. THE BEST chilli oil hands down!
The only thing I’ll disagree with Jibba on with this is that you can literally put it on ANYTHING. Had it on a Burrito, with steak a nice pasta. Doesn’t miss. 10/10
Once you pop you can’t stop gimme that oil all day everyday any which way 🤩🌶️🔥❤️
I have tried many many chilli oils in my time and this one really is the best that I’ve tried. Such glorious umami flavours and the crunch of the peanuts?! Next level. I finished my jar in about 10 days and I need more! Just waiting for it to come back in stock :)
