I don’t know what kind of wizardry you blokes have pulled off with this sauce but I’m genuinely concerned for my self control. I cracked it open thinking yeah I’ll just have a bit on dinner and two days later the bottle was basically on life support and I was contemplating drinking it straight from the neck like a proper menace.
The flavour is unreal. Proper balanced heat not just burn your face off and ruin your day nonsense. It has that perfect kick like a solid 3.5 out of 5 heat but still tastes bloody delicious which is rare as. Bit tangy bit garlicky bit sweet basically good on everything. Eggs yep. Snags too right. Random spoonful straight from the fridge at 2am no comment.
Also shoutout to the fact it has been aged for 24 months because honestly it shows. This is not your servo hot sauce this is the fancy stuff that makes you feel like you have your life together while you are absolutely demolishing it.
Biggest issue It does not last. I went into this thinking I would savour it like a classy adult. Instead I treated it like a dare.
Even my breastfeeding baby boy has been exposed to the chaos and at this point I reckon he is building spice tolerance faster than most adults. Character development really.
Anyway 10 out of 10 would absolutely destroy another bottle without hesitation. If you are on the fence get off it and grab one. Just do not expect it to survive the week.
WOW, What an AMAZING product, I purchased 2 (1 for my Son) we both L❤️VE it, it has a great flavour that go well with anything. I thoroughly recommend JIBBAS sauces, I'm HOOKED.
it's got great balance for a medium heat sauce and it would be suitable for everyone and to use on everything, it's a thinner sauce but thicker than tabasco, you would have no trouble using this instead of tomato sauce . very enjoyable.

Love it but using it sparingly to avoid running out. 10/10 great for everyday hotsauce
