High acid hot sauce with loads of apple cider vinegar and lime juice. This is hands down my favourite sauce. Sweet, tangy, kinda spicy but very manageable and 12/10 delicious. Perfect for American BBQ and ‘Tex Mex’ cuisine, fish, chicken & eggs.
