This is a fantastic low to medium heat hot sauce, it's got a sweetness to it from the ginger and apple cider, just a very tasty source that works well. Definitely worth a try

This sauce has an excellent blend of flavours, heat (just a nice tickle) and smokeyness. Great on a banger in bread or breakfast! 10/10.
