A reasonably spicy sauce, however the heat does not overwhelm the flavors. This is an all-round excellent sauce that can be used on everything, especially anything from the barbecue.

I do love hot sauce but also want a flavour to go with it. And this sauce has that and more. Found this sauce by accident in my local butcher. Followed up with internet search and found they are WA local. Use this on just about anything and for beef jerky marinade! What a flavour!! Thank you, I’m hooked 👀
